Bangkok Golf Club has a very personal meaning to me as being the very first golf course I played in Thailand back in 2008. Back then it was looking tired and ready for an upgrade. Unfortunately, or fortunately they suffered severe floods in the area in 2011 which ruined the course and clubhouse. Now after 8 years they have slowly made the course into a very enjoyable one to play.
The fairways are generally in really good condition and the greens are now in my opinion the fastest in Thailand most of the year round, usually running around 11 on the stimpmeter.
The recently refurbished Clubhouse is looking fantastic along with the restaurant which serves very nice food all day.
One of the advantages of playing here is that 5 star Riverdale Golf Club is within walking distance so if you fancy 36 holes in a day this would be the perfect opportunity.
