Toscana Valley Country Club is a par 72 18-hole golf course located in a valley surrounded by the Khao Yai National Park around 2 hours from Bangkok.
Originally created by American Bob McFarland, this 7,077-yard course passes by Italian style villas reminiscent of Tuscany in Central Italy. Opened back in 2009 the owners have been continually up grading some of the holes with the help of the team that also created St Andrews 2000 near Pattaya.
Here you will tee off from raised platforms, onto quick fairways, avoiding deep bunkers and dramatic drop off areas…. this course has it all. Several of their par 4’s has 200-yard water carries and all greens have severe contours and large breaks for almost every pin position.
The massive housing estate surrounding the 18 holes gives the views from every hole an Italian feel and the overall effect is spectacular. The clubhouse follows the Tuscany tradition, and as a private members club the facilities are first class. There are also a few restaurants dotted around the complex too.
